Electronic Documents
Until the integrator connection is verified the system deliberately stays in mock mode. No document is ever submitted officially by accident.

Tokuva's electronic document module shows outgoing e-invoices, e-archive invoices, e-despatch notes and incoming invoices in a single cockpit. Export profile rules are enforced in code: goods exports are issued as export-profile e-invoices while service and micro exports are issued as e-archive documents, and invalid combinations are blocked.
Capabilities
Document cockpit
Four lanes covering outgoing and incoming document traffic.
UBL and unique identifier
Issuing generates the UBL XML and assigns an identifier irreversibly.
Integrator management
Per-company credentials, encrypted, with a connection test that really authenticates.
Mock protection
Nothing is submitted officially until the connection is verified.
Export profile rules
Validation blocks the wrong profile for a foreign recipient.
Incoming documents
Automatic retrieval plus an explicit counter for manually entered invoices.
Going live is deliberate
An integrator account is defined, and the connection test performs a real authentication whose result is written back to the row. Mock mode cannot be turned off before that test succeeds. The cockpit card is amber in mock and green when live; without the green badge no document counts as official.
