Pricing

The variables that set the price are stated openly

A fixed list price would not be honest in enterprise ERP: two businesses with the same user count can differ enormously in scope and migration effort. What we can do is say plainly which variables set the price.

The four variables

Concurrent users

Not total users, but how many are in the system at once. In a shift-based plant that distinction matters a lot.

Module scope

Only what you switch on. If you do not manufacture, you do not pay for manufacturing.

Legal entities

Each company carries its own chart of accounts, fiscal year and regulatory settings.

Migration effort

The gap between starting fresh and carrying ten years of history is the largest single variable.

About pricing

How is pricing determined?
Four variables: concurrent users, module scope, number of legal entities and migration effort. Rather than a fixed per-seat list price we agree the scope with you and give one figure.
Are implementation and training included?
Implementation is a separate line calculated with the scope. The team that builds the product implements it; there is no partner layer in between. The training handbook and the in-portal learning centre come with the product.
What happens to our data if we leave?
The database is yours and stays with you, with a full standard-format export provided. We suggest you ask this question in every purchase conversation, of us and of every other vendor you evaluate.

Define the scope, receive one figure

Scope is established in a short call, after which a single figure is issued.
