Sales
Releasing a shipment moves real stock; issuing the invoice creates the receivable and the posting proposal in the same moment.

Tokuva's sales module runs price lists, sales orders, picking lists, delivery notes and invoices as one chain. Approving an order reserves stock, shipping issues it, and invoicing produces the UBL document, the receivable and the posting proposal together.
Capabilities
Price lists
Quantity breaks and validity dates, assigned per customer with priority.
Sales orders
Automatic pricing, capable-to-promise dates, approval and stock reservation.
Picking and shipping
Picking lists, wave picking, delivery notes and real stock issue.
Invoicing
From order, from delivery, consolidated or immediate, with proforma support.
Electronic documents
UBL generation, submission queue and status tracking with the tax authority.
Export
Incoterms, commodity codes, FOB value and customs declaration data.
Reservation and issue are different events
Approving an order reserves stock: the quantity can no longer be promised elsewhere, but it still sits in the warehouse. Physical issue happens only when the delivery note is created.
The distinction looks small and removes the most common argument between sales and the warehouse. The storekeeper still sees the goods; the sales rep does not promise them twice.
Capable to promise
For an item not in stock the system combines supplier lead time, open orders and production capacity into a proposed date. What the customer is told is a commitment the system can carry, not a guess.
Credit control stops the order
The credit limit and control type on the business partner card apply at order entry. Set to block, an order over the limit cannot be saved; set to warn, it is saved but flagged on screen and at approval.
