How Tokuva and TOKU Technology relate
Tokuva is a product; TOKU Technology is the company that builds it. In enterprise software the contract is signed with a legal entity rather than with a product, which makes the identity of the company behind it as decisive as the feature list. Toku Technology Uluslararası Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. was founded in 2015 and works in software development and industrial product trade.
The company is based at Aksaray University Technopark. A technopark registration shows that R&D is carried out on the record — for an investment as long-lived as an ERP, a measurable signal of continuity behind the product.
Five areas, one discipline
The ecosystem is positioned across five areas: corporate management, manufacturing and automation, quality and compliance, sustainability and energy and education and digital platforms. The products serve different domains but share one data discipline: single-sourced data, a traceable transaction history, role-based authorisation and integration with enterprise systems. Method
Four steps
Toku Technology runs every project in the same order. Tokuva implementations follow it too.
Analyse business goals and existing data. Nothing gets designed before it is written down which decision rests on which data.
Build the architecture for this organisation. This step is where a standard install is shown to fall short.
Connect the enterprise systems. If data is kept separately in two places, the integration is not finished.
Produce measurable value through automation and AI. An improvement that cannot be measured cannot be reported.
