IoT and Machine Integration
With the agent installed, downtime and cycle counts are never typed in.
- 01 Agent setup
- 02 Signal
- 03 Status
- 04 OEE
- 05 Maintenance trigger
Tokuva's IoT module collects signals from production machines and feeds them into manufacturing. The machine agent reports running state, cycle counters and downtime, which drive OEE and trigger counter-based preventive maintenance.
Capabilities
Machine agent
A small agent beside the machine collects and forwards signals.
Live status
Live badge and recent signals on the work centre record.
Automatic downtime
The stop opens itself; the operator only picks the reason.
Counter-based maintenance
Running hours trigger preventive schedules.
Badge management
Reader and card definitions mapping people and machines.
The machine times it, the human explains it
When a signal stops, the system opens the downtime and counts the minutes. The operator only picks the reason. Time measured by a person gets rounded; time measured by the system is real. The reason, though, only a person knows.
