Tokuva's project module covers work breakdown structures, budgets, progress billing and earned value analysis. Labour, material and expenses accumulate onto the project, and progress payments are calculated from measured quantities and contractual retentions.
Capabilities
Work breakdown
WBS tree, bill of quantities and budget distribution.
Cost accumulation
Labour from timesheets, material from stock, expenses from procurement.
Progress billing
Measured quantities, retentions, invoice generation and ledger posting.
Retention ledger
Retained amounts tracked separately until release.
S-curve
Planned versus actual progress.
Earned value
Cost and schedule performance indices.
Project cost is a sum, not an estimate
Profitability is unknown when costs are never attached to the project. In Tokuva the attachment points are explicit: timesheets carry a project, requisitions and orders are tagged, and issued material carries the project code part.

Give us three of your items, one of your structures and one of your customers. We will run a single end-to-end flow on your data — order, production, shipment, invoice, ledger.
